Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, payment status, provisioning status, and applicable law. A request should be submitted through the support system with the order number and relevant payment information.

Services that have already been provisioned, consumed, transferred, or suspended for abuse may have different refund treatment. We will review each request in good faith and communicate the decision through the associated ticket.
