Service Level Information

Service availability depends on infrastructure, network conditions, maintenance, upstream providers, and other circumstances outside direct control. Any uptime commitment that is expressly offered for a particular plan is governed by that plan's published terms.

Planned maintenance may temporarily interrupt service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material maintenance when practical.
